Introduction

Welcome to my blog. My name is Brandy and I am creating this blog for a class. I feel like I have lost myself over the years looking in the wrong direction for happiness, acceptance, and validation. I have been working on that and feel I am making progress. With this blog you will all be able to witness my progress and crazy thought process. I hope we all get a little something from this!

  1. Brandy, your situation is one that I think everybody struggles with at least part of their life. We sometimes can be in perfect health and may be happy in the traditional sense of the word. Yet we still feel like something is missing. We need to start with loving ourselves, practice meditation, and gain some kind of spiritual strength. This can mean different things for different people. Our individual needs are also constantly changing. Best of wishes in your journey. Welcome and be well!

    Thank you. I feel like I have always had insecurity in myself to some degree. I have always been afraid. I am not exactly sure what I am afraid of, but it often holds me back. I think with these exercises and really feeling love for myself will help be overcome those fears. I wish you the best as well.
